Free from sedentary time
Free from the no luxury life without wishes or dreams
Moving in to a normalcy that is good for me
Friends and tea or coffee
Wishes shared
Dreams explored
Trails blazed again and again
And free
Free me sees more does more feels more
Free me has energy because I see

More love more kindness more friendship
The love pours out on me
The kindness is good and I can recieve it
Now

Those that love me can see it

There was a change in my path moving foward

Others wrestle with it too
We ask why and when and how questions
